As a Recruiter, you will generate, qualify, and present candidates who are a good fit for the hiring needs of our clients. Your success will be primarily measured by the number of qualified candidates that you present for the position and the speed in which you do so. Responsibilities : • Develops candidate interest for available positions and client companies
• Provides results in reportable format
• Database Mining
• Performs queries and searches on databases for qualified candidates
• Identifies target companies, user groups, professional associations which could inform search parameters
• Reads documentation provided and documents production
• Talks to subject matter experts regarding the positions
• Other administrative tasks as needed.
Required
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 1 year experience in Sourcing
At least 1 year experience in Screening
At least 1 year experience in Recruitments
English: Fluent
Preferred
Master’s Degree in Business/Management
At least 3 years experience in Sourcing
At least 3 years experience in Screening
At least 3 years experience in Recruitments
