Location: Ahmedabad
Written (through Chats & Emails) and Verbal (telephonic) communication with the customers who need support to navigate in the tax program, troubleshoot their issues that they have with program, any questions they have or information they need regarding our tax program.
Listening and Understanding to customers’ questions and replying back to them with the solutions or answers to their questions within the set deadlines.
Reporting issues and errors in the program to the Software Development team and communicate with the customers regarding the progress of their issues.
Learn more about US and States’ Taxes and apply that knowledge in helping customers and resolving their issues.
Participating in achieving business unit’s annual goals and targets by delivering an excellent customer service and maintaining the same standards throughout the year.
Expected to utilize maximum available resources and use logical approach to test different tax forms in the software, verify the results and reporting the discrepancies to the development team to enhance or rectify the software issues.
Other duties as requested by the Management.
Requirement
Interestedto work in a customer service environment.
Affluent Verbal and Written Communication Skills required.
Candidate is required to work overtime from January to April as per US timings whichwill be complete night shift for that period as per Indian time.
Preferred Skills
Candidate already possessing US Tax Knowledge will be preferred.
