Software Engineer Trainee:
- Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech/ME/MCA/Other degree from a recognised university
- 0-1 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of application support, technical customer support, problem management, relational databases, programming languages, software development.
- Knowledge of Java, J2EE, UNIX, Oracle Database and SQL
- Excellent analytical, multitasking, and communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and error analysis skills.
Associate Software Engineer I:
- Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech/ME/MCA/Other degree from a recognised university
- Should have Minimum 1-2 years relevant professional experience in the areas of application support, technical customer support, problem management, relational databases, programming languages, software development
- Working technical experience in coding, testing, supporting, troubleshooting, designing, building, installing, configuring, and supporting Unix servers and storage servers and management software
- Exceptional customer service skills and demeanor, along with the innovative ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical clients
- The ability to build professional / strategic relationships within the organization and with all levels.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Software Engineer Trainee is an entry level engineering position focused on design, development, troubleshooting, and analysis of Syniverse products.
- Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system.
- Associate Software Engineer will Interact and learn the product and systems technical details, management of issues and all aspects of the respective role
- Provide best-in-class customer service and resolution to customer queries
- Ability to manage multiple issues of differing stages of investigation and priority with minimal assistance.
