Roles and Responsibilities
As a developer, you will be responsible for all the following phases of SDLC:
- Requirements gathering
- Analysis
- Design
- Implementation
- Testing
- Debugging
- Maintenance
- Documentation
- Interacting with CRM team and testing team
Must have: Technical
- Good understanding of core DotNet framework concepts
- Hands on experience in VB.Net/ C#.Net- Windows Application development.
- Thorough understanding of SDLC
- Hands on experience in C# and VB .NET programming languages
- Good knowledge of databases like MS SQL Server, MySQL and MS Access
- SQL - must be good at writing queries using joins and aggregates
Interpersonal
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be Proactive, Self-motivated and Team Player
- Must have the ability to prioritize the work, execute tasks and meet the deadline without fail
- Quality focused
- Strive to continually improve technical and developmental skills
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
Good to have:
6 months certificate course (.Net) from good training institutes OR relevant experience in .Net
