Job Description:
- Finance & Accounting (F&A) and Supply
Chain Management (SCM) provide the following services to the Customers
supporting their organization in the areas of financial outsourcing and
Vendor Management.
- Sourcing and Supplier Management
- Procure to Pay
- Order to cash
- Record to Report
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- F&A operates from six locations across
Bangalore, Chennai and Gurgaon.
Role:
- Candidate will be involved in General
accounting which include reconciliations, preparation of balance sheet and
P&L a/c, financial analysis and reporting.
- To co-ordinate all accounting activities
associated with the general Ledger particularly fixed assets,
inter-company, inventory, cash and bank.
- Involve in E2E General Accounting activities
including Reporting & Consolidations. Identify risks or opportunities
to revenues, cost and profitability and propose appropriate actions.
- Involve in preparing Balance Sheet,
Inter-company & Cash Reconciliations.
- Will have to communicate with Customer and IBM
counterpart around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Strong accounting concepts
- Exposure to general accounting activities such
as Balance Sheet, Inter-company & Cash Reconciliations, ledger
accounts and finalization
- E2E General Accounting activities including
Reporting & Consolidations
- Co-ordinate Audits and manage customer
expectations.
- Adhere to client SLA's and timelines
Skills Required
- Ability to communicate with accuracy and
clarity both verbally and written
- Working knowledge of ERP environment preferred
- Aptitude for understanding and solving
problems
- Strong work ethics, maturity and leadership
qualities
- Resilience and Flexibility
