Job Description:

• The position involves extensive cold-calling business customers in designated regions across the US promoting offshore outsourcing to India. 
• There is no face-to-face interaction with any customers all sales activities are over the phone and via the net/e-mail. 
• You will represent and sell our pioneering service, RemoteHire. 
• You will consult US senior management on how to leverage talent in India helping them effectively compete in an increasing globalization scenario. You will work US hours, out of Arcterns office in Koramangala, Bangalore. 
• The compensation is salary and commission based. There is excellent growth opportunity for candidates that prove themselves. 
• You will also manage a team of sales executives whom you will guide and train in your expertise area

Skills Required:

• Non distinct English accent.
• Excellent written (both grammar and substance) and spoken communication skills and presentation skills an absolute must. Entire schooling in English medium a must.
• MS-Office, E-mail, and Internet usage and research savvy a must.
• Has the ability to work productively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Solutions-oriented, team player.
• Must display a can-do attitude and have high expectations for the delivery results of team.
