Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze and code the issues / requirements based on issue description / Requirements Document
Prepare & Execute unit test cases
Understand and Follow Coding standards & Development process
Prepare/Review Tech Design and Code review
Document and Incorporate all Review comments
Meet the defined performance targets and quality
Requirements
Required Skills and abilities
Proficiency in written, verbal and telephonic communication skills with positive attitude and quick learning capability.
.Net professionals with experience in winform development (C#)
Hands on experience in
1. web service
3. WCF
4. WWF
5. With at least one of relational DB (SQL Server/Oracle/Sybase)
Experience on unit testing tools or process such as NUnit, NCover etc...
Hands-on experience as a developer on Source Control Tool like any one of the following
1. VSS
2. CVS
Good Academic Record
Nice to have
Experience / Exposure to Agile methodology is an added advantage.
Should have knowledge/work experience of design concepts in n-tier client server applications.
Education/Experience
Work Experience between 3 to 5 yrs for a junior role and > 5 yrs for a senior role
Should have a flair for writing high quality code
Excellent Problem solving
Experience in Banking projects/ Financial Domain will be an added advantage
Creativity when it comes to fixing issues / coding
Experience 3 - 5 Years
